Lane Restaurant is proud to showcase our Paddock to Plate offering highlighting the best of Victoria’s grass-fed Angus beef.
Our menu places a spotlight on our very own Parwan Valley, harvesting Parwan Prime. Parwan Valley is the site of Victoria’s oldest volcanic activity and you can see the rich red volcanic soil pastures here. Importantly, these pastures are located in a rain belt, offering plenty of fresh water for livestock and growing green feed and hay. This in turn provides for the most flavoursome and wholesome meat possible.
