Citywide, on behalf of City of Melbourne will be conducting Tram access upgrade works from Tuesday 10th June to end July 2025. 
Access to Novotel Melbourne on Collins Manchester Lane carpark will still be accessible to local traffic but we encourage all guests utilising the car park to refer to the construction access signage throughout the works. 

The works will take place Sunday to Thursday 7:00pm to 6:00am.
