Novotel Melbourne on Collins are pleased to advise that our lift refurbishment project has now commenced. 

To provide you with a reliable, smoother, and more modern experience, our lifts are getting a complete upgrade.

The Timeline: Commencing in July we will be upgrading one of our guest entrance lifts and two of our guest accommodation lifts.

What to Expect: Three lifts will be out of service during this time which may result in longer wait times.

How to Get Around: We will still be running one guest entrance lift and one guest accommodation lift as well as opening the stairwells.
