We are very sorry to advise that we are currently experiencing lift service issues at the hotel. Our hotel team are aware of the problem and we are currently working alongside our lift technicians to rectify this.

However, due to current industrial action from our lift service provider, we are facing major delays in servicing and repairing of these faults. In the interim, our Concierge teams will be able to assist with luggage transportation to your accommodation rooms.

Over the coming months we are pleased to advise that Novotel Melbourne on Collins will be undergoing a full lift upgrade.
