We are very sorry to advise that we are currently experiencing lift service issues at the hotel. Our hotel team are aware of the problem and we are currently working alongside our lift service provider, Kone, to rectify this. Please note, this issue is only affecting our accommodation lifts and does not impact access to our entrance lifts to our main Reception, Conference & Events space & Lane Restaurant & Bar.  

Over the coming months we are pleased to advise that Novotel Melbourne on Collins will be undergoing a full lift upgrade.

In the interim, our Concierge teams will be able to assist with luggage transportation to your accommodation rooms. Please reach out to our Reception team if you have any questions or concerns during your stay.
