  • Australia Ballroom

    Our main conference venue, the Australia Ballroom, spans the width of the hotel, is completely pillarless and features floor to ceiling windows overlooking Little Collins Street, allowing an abundance of natural light.  This dynamic space and can be divided into two, three or four separate rooms, making it the ideal room for plenary and concurrent sessions.

  • 3/4 Ballroom

    Australia Room 1+2+3 | Australia Room 2+3+4

    With the flexibility to divide into multiple rooms, the Australia Ballroom can break down to quarters, half and three quarters.  This space, featuring natural light with large windows overlooking Little Collins Street, is ideal for all types of conferences, seminars and can accommodate concurrent breakout sessions.   3/4 Ballroom can seat between 120 & 150 cabaret, 150 & 180 classroom and between 280 & 320 in a theatre style.  

  • 1/2 Ballroom

    Australia Room 1+2 | Australia Room 2+3 | Australia Room 3+4

    The pillarless ballroom can split into multiple rooms.  Seating between 80 & 100 in cabaret, 90 & 120 in a classroom setting and between 180 & 220 in theatre style, making it a versatile space for plenary sessions followed by concurrent breakouts.  The half ballroom features an abundance of natural light through the floor to ceiling windows.  

  • 1/4 Ballroom

    The Australia Ballroom can separate into four individual spaces.  Each room offer floor to ceiling windows with natural light, overlooking Little Collins Street.  The quarters can each seat between 70 & 120 in theatre style, 30 & 50 in cabaret and between 30 & 60 in a classroom setting.  These rooms are ideal for board meetings, conferences, concurrent sessions and more.

  • Collins Room

    Our medium conference room, Collins Room, can accommodate up to 24 guests cabaret style or 20 guests U Shape.  This flexible room can be used to host a board dinner, meetings or as a breakout room.

  • Elizabeth Room

    Elizabeth Room offers space for up to 15 U Shape, ideal for meetings, small conferences, training sessions or as a breakout space.

  • Flinders Room

    Seating up to 15 U Shape or Classroom & 25 Theatre, Flinders Room can cater to training sessions or small meetings.  This space is also ideal as a breakout  room.

  • Degraves Boardroom

    A modern & contemporary space, Degraves Boardroom can seat up to 12 people and features executive chairs & a large built-in plasma screen, ideal for board meetings, strategy days or speakers preparation.

  • Swanston Boardroom

    Ideal for board meetings, interviews or as a secretariat room, the Swanston Boardroom features executive chairs & a built-in plasma screen and can seat up to 8 guests.

  • Function Foyer

    This large open space is completely flexible to each client’s requirements, offering space for registration tables, trade exhibition, catering stations, coffee & lunch breaks, cocktails, pre dinner drinks and much more.

  • Lane Restaurant Group Dinners

    Lane Restaurant has an exclusive area behind a sheer curtain for dinner functions for groups up to 30 people.  With a selection of sumptuous plated dinner options and beverage packages available, Lane Restaurant is the perfect setting to conclude the day post conference.
